Walk on bused on the Fauldhouse Broxburn route are few and far between. Drivers vary in their attitudes. On Wednesday 10th September at the 6.10 bus from fauldhouse , the driver said to my daughter "we have no facilities for buggies, I am going nowhere till the pram is folded." he then took off before my daughter was properly seated with the buggy folded and sitting with her baby. What if she had fallen carrying the child, he was grumped at taking her and a pram. Why are first buses not accessibles to people with children. Politicians like to talk about the big issues but things like bus shelters that sometimes seem trivial can make a huge difference.
